You have 30 days to return the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items/ Exclusions:
Gift cards and Mystery items are not eligible for return.
Checkout+ (if applicable):
Checkout+ is an optional add-on you can select at checkout that covers both return shipping and package protection for your order. It provides:
- -Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an item for an exchange, refund, or store credit, your return shipping label is covered.
- -Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim and, once approved, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost.
If you added Checkout+ at checkout: Simply head to our Returns Portal to start your return. Your return shipping label is covered, so there are no additional label fees.
If you did not add Checkout+ at checkout: You can still start your return through our Returns Portal, where a shipping label will be sourced, but you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Checkout+ is optional and cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase. It is non-returnable and will not be included in any store credit or refund amount. Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you've done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@teamltdshop.com
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please head to our Returns Portal and select the appropriate reason for your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
