How much does shipping cost?

In Canada, shipping is free on orders with a subtotal of $75 CAD or more (before taxes and after any discount codes), applied automatically at checkout. Below that, carrier rates for your address are shown at checkout. United States orders ship at a flat $18.99 USD. International orders ship at a flat $49.99 CAD, or free on orders of $350 CAD or more.

How long does delivery take?

We ship from Mississauga, Ontario via Canada Post and UPS. Delivery in North America takes up to 7 business days after your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow additional time for warehouse processing. International delivery times vary by destination.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes, at a flat $18.99 USD, with delivery up to 7 business days from the warehouse. We ship internationally too.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, for free. Choose local pickup at checkout and collect it from our Mississauga office at 505 Queensway East, Unit 1, usually within 24 hours. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. Bring your order confirmation and call 905 803 8326 when you arrive.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return a product. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method, or you can take store credit. Return shipping is at your expense unless you added Checkout+ to your order. Gift cards, mystery items and decals are not eligible for return.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. If the fit isn't right, send it back within 30 days. You cover return shipping, and TEAMLTD covers shipping the new size back to you. Start with the Return / Exchange form, or process an exchange in person at 505 Queensway East, Unit 1, Mississauga ON (call ahead: 905 803 8326).

What if my item arrives damaged?

On the rare occasion something arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. Use the Return Portal and upload an image of the damaged item, or email info@teamltdshop.com.
