Every TEAMLTD order comes with tracking. Here's how to find yours:

From your confirmation email

Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and click View your order. The order status page shows live tracking from the moment your package leaves our Mississauga warehouse.

In the Shop app

If you checked out with Shop Pay, your order and its tracking appear automatically in the Shop app.

Carriers

We ship via Canada Post and UPS. Once you have a tracking number, you can also look it up directly on the carrier's site. North American delivery takes up to 7 business days after your order leaves the warehouse.
